The Role 

We’re looking for a People Partner who thrives on building meaningful relationships, solving complex challenges with creativity and compassion, and driving real impact across our teams. This isn’t just a support role—it’s a strategic partnership where you’ll be the go-to confidante for our managers and leaders.

In the Scope of the Partnering World, You Will:

  • Partner with managers and leaders to understand their teams inside out—their wins, their frustrations, and their ambitions. You’ll be a commercial confidante, offering support and challenge in equal measure.
  • Build trust early—so managers come to you with problems before they become fires. You’ll be a proactive problem solver, not a reactive firefighter.
  • Coach and guide on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management with empathy and precision.
  • Monitor engagement and retention, using insights to recommend meaningful improvements.
  • Champion great management—coaching leaders to lead with clarity, kindness, and accountability.
  • Think creatively and legally—solving problems with a balance of compliance and compassion.
  • Love the data—whether it’s sickness levels, benefit uptake, development stats or hiring metrics, you’ll use data to tell stories and drive decisions.
  • Keep our HRIS sharp and accurate, ensuring our People team has access to real-time, reliable data.
  • Contribute to wider People projects—from shaping performance, reward, engagement and skills strategies.
