About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting new business development and enhancing existing client relationships. You’ll design bespoke technical solutions that align with client needs across modern IT systems and services—from on-premise hardware to Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security technologies.

Working hand-in-hand with our sales, engineering, and project teams, you’ll lead technical discoveries, create compelling scope of work documents, and act as a trusted advisor for clients. You’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of our Solutions Consultancy function.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess client infrastructure and business needs.
• Design tailored IT solutions using Microsoft cloud services, networking, security, and more.
• Produce high-level architecture proposals and comprehensive scope documentation.
• Present and explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the transition from sales to delivery with clear, actionable documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to validate and refine proposed solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and help shape internal best practices.

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Experience in supporting or designing networks and IT systems in Microsoft environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to design, plan, and document complex technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within project deadlines and defined scopes.

Desirable:

• Strong understanding of advanced networking (e.g., routing, redundancy).
• Background in technical project delivery.
• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator or M365 Expert.
