Professional Services Engineer

At Air IT, we’re looking for a Professional Services Engineer to take charge of technical project delivery, ensuring seamless implementation and top-tier customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our Project Management Office to plan, execute, and complete IT projects on time and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding IT projects, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
• Collaborate with the PMO to schedule and manage customer projects smoothly
• Review project scope, flagging any issues before kickoff
• Provide comprehensive handovers to our Service Desk upon project completion
• Identify and report any potential delays, ensuring projects stay on track
• Maintain accurate project records within our CRM system
• Uphold high security standards, following ISMS policies

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience in IT project delivery
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, 365, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware)
• Strong networking and security knowledge (Firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP)
• Ability to set up and maintain business networks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A valid driving license for on-site project work

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):

• Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS, Virtual Desktop, and backup solutions (Veeam, Datto)
• Familiarity with Mimecast, Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki
• Hands-on experience with wireless networking (Meraki, UniFi)
