We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) Team Leader to drive success in our sales team while managing a portfolio of your own clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for coaching teams to exceed targets, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Executives
• Set clear performance targets and ensure the team meets activity & sales goals
• Monitor team progress, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews
• Foster a collaborative team culture focused on learning and development
• Work closely with marketing and operations to optimize client satisfaction

Client Management & Sales Growth

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring top-tier customer service
• Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities, presenting tailored solutions
• Ensure timely renewal of recurring revenue contracts and address concerns proactively

Inbound & Outbound Sales

• Handle inbound sales inquiries, qualifying potential clients to ensure a great fit
• Engage in outbound prospecting via calls & social media to secure new meetings
• Work with marketing to target high-potential prospects and build a robust client database

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial, customer service, or sales-driven role
• 1-2 years’ leadership experience managing or coaching a team
• Strong relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage people & outcomes in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in CRM systems & business software
