We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) Team Leader to drive success in our sales team while managing a portfolio of your own clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for coaching teams to exceed targets, this role is for you!
Team Leadership & Performance Management
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Executives
✅ Set clear performance targets and ensure the team meets activity & sales goals
✅ Monitor team progress, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews
✅ Foster a collaborative team culture focused on learning and development
✅ Work closely with marketing and operations to optimize client satisfaction
Client Management & Sales Growth
✅ Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring top-tier customer service
✅ Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities, presenting tailored solutions
✅ Ensure timely renewal of recurring revenue contracts and address concerns proactively
Inbound & Outbound Sales
✅ Handle inbound sales inquiries, qualifying potential clients to ensure a great fit
✅ Engage in outbound prospecting via calls & social media to secure new meetings
✅ Work with marketing to target high-potential prospects and build a robust client database
✅ 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial, customer service, or sales-driven role
✅ 1-2 years’ leadership experience managing or coaching a team
✅ Strong relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills
✅ Ability to prioritize and manage people & outcomes in a fast-paced setting
✅ Proficiency in CRM systems & business software
