Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Any Air IT location / Home-based
Reporting to: Chief Product Officer
Purpose:
The Product Manager will oversee the entirety of Air IT’s product portfolio, ensuring each product aligns with our strategic goals and customer needs. The Product Manager will drive the development, launch, and management of products across Air IT's diverse offerings, fostering innovation and ensuring commercial success. They will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver products that enhance our service capabilities and generate significant value for our SMB customers in the UK.
This role will maintain an understanding of, and respond to, market dynamics, articulating these along with competitive intelligence and our differentiation strategy to the business. With commercial awareness and a determination for driving organic growth, it will act as the voice of the customer, addressing and responding to any issues and requests and updating its portfolio in response.
The Product Manager is also responsible for managing and nurturing vendor relationships with our strategic partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own, maintain and execute against the product roadmap, reviewing and prioritising as required
- Own, track and report on the product portfolio P&L
- Deliver product releases on-time and within budget
- Maintain relevant market and competitor knowledge to ensure Air IT’s portfolio meets our customer’s needs today and in the future
- Ensure our sales communities are enabled across the portfolio by providing training, collateral and support, so that they can successfully identify, position and win opportunities
- Manage in-life products through review, standardisation and evolution to ensure a consistent quality standard for all released products across the entire product lifecycle
- Manage vendor relationships with strategic partners
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience developing and bringing to market service-led technology solutions is critical for this role.
- 1+ years of experience in Product Manager or Product Owner roles with proven and demonstrable knowledge of bringing new offerings to market
- 3+ years working with relevant technologies including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, cyber security solutions, collaboration and voice solutions (Microsoft Teams and SIP services), and data solutions
- Understanding and experience of designing, building and in-life management of Managed Services and the associated Professional Services
- Experience owning P&L for a product portfolio / category
- Analytical ability to understand product performance data and market opportunity data
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Proven problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources
