PMO WIP Analyst - Nottingham

Are you super organised and passionate about project management or finance? We're looking for a PMO WIP Analyst to join our lively team in Nottingham. As part of our Project Management Office, you'll help manage Work In Progress (WIP) activities to boost revenue and support the delivery of IT projects by our Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly project WIP activities
  • Keep WIP reports accurate and up-to-date
  • Support the PMO Manager with essential reports
  • Schedule and prioritise incoming projects
  • Help create initial project plans and keep clients informed
  • Coordinate project-related procurement needs
  • Monitor project governance compliance
  • Document and track project progress
  • Follow company Information Security Management System (ISMS) and policies

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience in project scheduling and WIP management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Background in client interaction roles
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great organisational and multitasking skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
  • Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMQ, Prince2, APM)
