Head of Service

Are you passionate about leading dynamic teams and driving customer satisfaction? We're seeking a Head of Service to join our team and take ownership of service across the region. In this key role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service are met, and leading high-performing teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the service delivery strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Lead teams to meet and exceed KPIs while ensuring operational excellence.
• Build and nurture successful client relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Manage the service delivery budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational maturity through best practices (ITIL, SDI).
• Report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
• Foster a positive company culture that encourages morale, satisfaction, and staff retention.
• Hybrid working pattern -3 days office 2 days remote 

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Proven experience in service within an MSP organisation 
• Experience in implementing and reviewing policies and procedures to drive efficiency.
• Strong background in budget management and resource planning.
