In this key role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service are met, and leading high-performing teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the service delivery strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead teams to meet and exceed KPIs while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Build and nurture successful client relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Manage the service delivery budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational maturity through best practices (ITIL, SDI).
  • Report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Foster a positive company culture that encourages morale, satisfaction, and staff retention.
  • Hybrid working pattern -3 days office 2 days remote 

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in service within an MSP organisation 
  • Experience in implementing and reviewing policies and procedures to drive efficiency.
  • Strong background in budget management and resource planning.
