What You’ll Do:

  • Efficiently manage technical cases and keep clients updated.
  • Oversee the progress of technical issues handled by the team.
  • Use monitoring software to keep a close eye on clients’ IT systems.
  • Escalate issues promptly when necessary to ensure quick resolutions.

About You:

  • Previous experience in IT helpdesk support.
  • Strong knowledge of various IT systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Relevant IT qualifications.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • A UK driving license.
