Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator 

Location: Milton Keynes 

Reporting to: Project Manager 

Purpose:  

To support and coordinate the activities of a team of Project Engineers delivering a range of IT projects.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Schedule incoming projects 
• Create initial project work plans 
• Communicate with clients about project progress 
• Coordinate required project procurement 
• Monitor and act on daily and weekly project board governance 
• Accurately document project progress 
• Maintain information security by complying with the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and all relevant policies   

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience: 

Essential: 

• Project scheduling and coordination experience 
• Experience coordinating a high volume of concurrent projects 
• Experience working with external clients 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask 

Desirable: 

• Previous experience within an MSP environment 
• ConnectWise experience 
• Project management certification
