The Role:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our inbound marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will ensure Air IT maintains a strong presence locally and nationally across organic and paid search channels. Supporting our ongoing expansion plans and strategic initiatives, including website migrations and brand integrations, you will manage and execute SEO, PPC, CRO, and link-building strategies to drive high-quality traffic, engagement, and lead generation across our Group websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies.
  • Manage SEO, PPC, CRO, and link-building strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners.
  • Support the marketing team in creating content for websites, blogs, landing pages, lead nurturing emails, and automated workflows.
  • Maximise engagement and conversion rates using HubSpot.
  • Analyse and measure website performance and digital marketing metrics.
  • Act as a main point of contact for digital partnerships, agencies, and third parties.
  • Stay updated on web technologies and digital marketing trends and implement them in campaigns.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience with SEO, Paid Search, and managing marketing budgets. You should be able to generate and present reports to internal teams and stakeholders and be comfortable working with various marketing and content management systems, including WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, and AdWords.
