The Role: 

As a Business Development Manager, you will be the vanguard of our growth strategy, spearheading client acquisition and nurturing relationships. You'll collaborate closely with our management and solution architects to craft tailored solutions that drive client satisfaction and revenue. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Identifying and pursuing lucrative opportunities that align with potential clients needs and Air IT's solution stack. 
  • Qualifying inbound leads to determine their suitability
  • Nurture leads to understand our potential clients business and requirements
  • Developing compelling proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. 
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services
  • Managing Sales Pipeline tracking progress at various stages of the sales cycle, and providing regular updates to management.
  • Representing Air IT at professional events to expand our network and generate leads.

About You: 

To excel as our Business Development Manager, you'll bring: 

  • Proven experience in business development within a managed services environment. 
  • Exceptional communication skills and a results-driven mindset. 
  • The ability to navigate the sales cycle with finesse and resilience. 
  • Expertise in identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions. 
  • A knack for overcoming objections and sealing deals. 
  • Innovation and initiative in capturing client attention. 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Knowledge of Cyber Security services, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams is advantageous.
