The Role: 

As a Service Desk Workshop Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' IT success. Your duties will include:

  • Setting up, maintaining, and upgrading desktop equipment with precision and expertise.
  • Delivering and configuring end-user equipment at client sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Managing tickets efficiently, keeping clients informed every step of the way and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

About You: 

We're looking for someone with:

  • A passion for customer service and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and hardware.
  • Previous experience in IT service desk support (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
  • UK driving licence is essential
