The Role:

As a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of client support, serving as the first point of contact for IT-related queries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and effective customer service
  • Handling technical service requests with finesse
  • Maintaining detailed service ticket records
  • Delivering first-line diagnosis and resolution
  • Collaborating with team members to escalate complex issues
  • Prioritizing workload to meet client SLAs

About You:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in IT support
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with the latest Microsoft technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to administer and support Windows desktops
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
  • Evidence of continued professional development
