As a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, delivering top-notch technical support and unrivalled customer service to our clients. From owning and resolving incidents to serving as a technical lead in critical situations, you'll be the driving force behind our success.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Providing top-tier customer service in line with Air IT's standards Owning, managing, and resolving 3rd Line incidents with finesse 
  • Acting as a technical leader in high-stakes situations 
  • Delivering against our KPIs and ensuring client satisfaction at every turn

But that's not all – we're also looking for someone with:

  • Clear and confident communication skills  
  • Proven problem-solving abilities 
  • The flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

And when it comes to technical expertise, you'll need:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Active Directory  
  • Microsoft 365 and related technologies
  • Exchange Online
  • Azure Active Directory (Azure AD joined/hybrid)
  • Conditional Access/MFA
  • Mobile Device Management (Intune/Endpoint Manager)
  • Azure Information Protection
  • Azure DLP
  • Microsoft Azure IaaS
  • Hyper-V
  • Networking (S2S/P2S VPN, VLAN, LACP)
  • Firewalls (NAT/PAT/ACL’s

The hours of work are 37.5 per week. The working days are Monday-Friday
