Role Overview: As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. You’ll be the backbone of our sales process, providing essential administrative support and contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the initial point of contact for inbound queries and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate IT procurement, stock control, and billing administration.
  • Provide pre-sales advice and support to clients.
  • Process returns requests and undertake ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and licensing.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • UK driving license.

Desirable:

  • Relevant industry qualifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Exchange Server, and Office Packages.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise, Quosal, and ISO standards.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
