Opportunity Overview: Process Integration Lead

Location: Nottingham
Reporting To: Head of Integration

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with BPA to understand and document the current organisational structure, focusing on Process Alignment.
  • Facilitate 'As Is' and 'To Be' Process workshops to identify and mitigate risks during implementation.
  • Liaise with the CW team to ensure viability of 'To Be' processes and initiate required system changes.
  • Develop comprehensive training plans for newly approved processes, ensuring readiness before go-live.
  • Provide post-training support and conduct follow-up sessions to ensure successful process implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by feeding back any necessary process changes to the BPA for documentation.
  • Coordinate with SMEs to stay informed about ongoing improvement initiatives and process changes.
  • Ensure effective documentation of SOPs, Guides, and Comms, adhering to templated standards.
  • Collaborate with the CW and BI team to ensure seamless integration of process and system changes.
  • Take ownership of assigned risk mitigation actions and issues, driving them to closure.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Extensive knowledge of the MSP environment.
  • Proven Project Management Experience.
  • Proficiency in Connectwise, particularly in PMO and Service Desk functionality.
  • Strong ability to manage and mitigate risks related to Connectwise configuration and data management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and issue management capabilities.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Effective time management and task prioritisation skills, with a proactive approach to daily tasks.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in team/business integration.
  • Experience in Service Desk Management.
