The Role

As a Junior Dispatcher, you will be part of growing dispatch team responsible for organising support and helpdesk services to our clients. You'll work closely with our Dispatch Manager to maintain top-notch service standards and exceed client expectations.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Dispatching and organising incoming workload for our engineers across multiple teams
• Ensure operations are maintained efficiently throughout the team and reallocate work accordingly.
• Scheduling engineer appointments for onsite technical service work
• Collaborating with our Service Desk Manager and Team Leaders to issues to ensure client communications are constant

But that's not all – we're also looking for someone with:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience with Microsoft technologies

The hours of work are 37.5 per week, there are different working patterns to choose from for this role. The working days are Monday-Friday
