Your Role: As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

Integration Program Updates: You’ll make sure our integration program plans get their weekly dose of updates from our action heroes (a.k.a. assigned action owners).

RAID Logs: No, not the swashbuckling kind! You’ll keep our Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs up-to-date with weekly contributions from our team.

Newsletter Coordination: You’ll work closely with our Internal Comms Exec to create integration newsletters that dazzle and inform.

Air Net Administration: Ever wanted to be an air traffic controller for digital content? Well, now’s your chance! You’ll manage our team’s Air Net page.

Onboarding Magic: New starters? No problem! You’ll whip up engaging onboarding slides faster than a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

Team Meeting Maestro: You’ll orchestrate team meetings like a virtuoso conductor—keeping everyone in sync and harmonious.

Project Admin Extraordinaire: From spreadsheets to schedules, you’ll handle it all. Think of yourself as the project’s secret weapon.

Qualifications and Skills: We’re looking for someone who ticks these boxes:

Essential:

• Experience in Project Management Process Governance (bonus points if you’ve created and managed it!)
• Juggling multiple projects is your jam.
• You’ve danced with external clients and lived to tell the tale.
• Your communication skills? Top-notch.
• Attention to detail? You’ve got it in spades.
• Reporting to senior management? You’ve got that covered too.
