Onsite IT Support Engineer

Now, we're on the lookout for a talented Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our team, stationed permanently at a client site. You'll be the friendly face of Air IT, providing top-notch support and ensuring our clients' IT systems run like well-oiled machines.

The Role: As an Onsite Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, delivering a wide range of support services with flair and finesse. Your daily mission? To keep our clients smiling by resolving technical queries promptly and efficiently.

From triaging and prioritising support requests to managing service incidents and maintaining system performance, you'll be the go-to expert on all things IT. Plus, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement projects, your impact will be felt far and wide.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have full UK Driving Licence and be prepared to travel around Milton Keynes and surrounding areas (Mainly South) own transport preferred (Pool car can be provided on occasion)
• Proven experience in user and system support.
• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A knack for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows Server/Desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
• A passion for following processes and adhering to policies.
