About the Role:

As a Professional Services Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our Projects department, ensuring the successful execution of our business mission through meticulous delivery. Your responsibilities will include planning, managing, and deploying IT and communications projects to ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations.

Throughout the project lifecycle, you'll onboard clients, safeguard their data, and guarantee they receive top-notch service.

Requirements:

• IT project delivery experience
• Proficiency in administering and supporting the latest Microsoft technologies
• Experience setting up and maintaining business system networks based on Microsoft technologies
• Experience supporting Mobile Devices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A valid UK driving license

Key Technologies:

You should have delivery experience in some of the following:

• Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2008-2019)
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2010-2019
• Microsoft Windows Hyper-V/VMware vSphere and vCentre
• Microsoft Office 365 (email migrations, InTune deployment, Azure Information Protection, etc.)
• Multi-Factor-Authentication and conditional access setup for Office 365
• Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and related server roles
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory and InTune
• Backup Technologies (StorageCraft, Veeam, Datto)
• Firewall Technologies (Sophos UTM/XG, WatchGuard, Cisco Meraki)
• Switching and routing including VLANs and networking technologies
