But enough about us – let's talk about you. We're on the lookout for a Technical Consultant to join our ranks and help us deliver unparalleled IT and Cyber Security solutions to our clients. As a key player in our Projects department, you'll be instrumental in turning our clients' visions into reality, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will involve:

• Planning, managing, and deploying cutting-edge IT projects 
• Safeguarding client data and fortifying their defences against cyber threats 
• Providing top-tier customer service and communication at every turn

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in IT project delivery and Microsoft technologies 
• Proficiency in setting up and maintaining business networks 
• Expertise in mobile device setup and support 

You will also need delivery experience in some of the following key technologies: 

• Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2008-2019)
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2010-2019
• Microsoft Windows Hyper-V/VMware vSphere and vCentre
• Microsoft Office 365 (experience of email migrations, InTune deployment, Azure Information Protection and related technologies, Azure AD join, AD Connect, SharePoint Online)
• Multi-Factor-Authentication and conditional access setup and configuration for Office 365 and related technologies
• Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server and related server roles (IIS/RDS/DFS/NPS)
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory and InTune
• Microsoft Azure IaaS technologies
• Microsoft MDT
• Mimecast
• Backup Technologies (StorageCraft, Veeam and Datto)
• Firewall Technologies (Sophos UTM/XG, WatchGuard & Cisco Meraki)
• Switching and routing including VLANs and networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPN,DHCP,DNS, SSL)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset 
• A valid UK driving license to tackle on-site assignments
